Information on Your Payment Information Page when using Klarna Invoice and Installment Payments.

1. On the "Payment Methods" information page:

1.1. If you ship to Germany but not to Austria, please add the following text to your payment information page:

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made directly to Klarna:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from the shipment of the goods/tickets, or, for other services, from the provision of the service. The invoice conditions can be found at [link].

  • Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum EUR 6.95) or under the conditions specified at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month following Klarna’s monthly billing. Further details on installment purchases, including the general terms and conditions and European standard information for consumer credits, can be found at [link].

  • Sofort: Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order.

  • Direct Debit: The amount will be debited after the goods are shipped. You will be notified of the exact time by email. (Please list only the payment methods that you offer.)

The use of the payment methods Invoice, Installment Purchase, and Direct Debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we will forward your data to Klarna for address and credit checks as part of the transaction initiation and contract processing. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. Your personal information will be handled by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and Klarna's privacy policy.

Note: Only add this paragraph if you offer at least one of the listed payment methods (Invoice, Installment Purchase, and/or Direct Debit) and only list the payment methods you actually offer.

Sofort by Klarna: "Sofortüberweisung – Pay easily and directly." "Sofort" is the direct transfer method from Sofort GmbH - a Klarna Group company. You pay securely and conveniently using your usual online banking details (PIN/TAN) without registration - now in the new Klarna design. After completing the transfer, the merchant receives a real-time confirmation, allowing them to immediately ship in-stock goods and digital products so you can receive your purchases faster. Please note that payments via Sofortüberweisung are only possible for orders up to a maximum value of EUR 500.

PayPal: Only a few steps to payment:

  1. Select "PayPal" as the payment method at checkout.
  2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.
  3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and make the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. No PayPal account setup is required for direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, or invoice via PayPal.
  4. Afterward, you will be redirected back to our website to complete your order.

Amazon Pay: During the order process, you will be redirected to the online provider’s website, Amazon. To process payment via Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon or register and authenticate with your login credentials. There, you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon, and authorize the payment to us. You will then be redirected back to our online store to finalize your order. The transaction will be processed automatically by Amazon immediately after you place your order. Apple Pay: You can pay with Apple Pay during checkout. To do this, confirm the payment through the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device, following the necessary verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment data stored in your Apple Wallet app for the transaction. More information can be found at [link].

GiroPay: GiroPay is the online payment method of German banks and savings banks. You can link GiroPay directly to your checking account. If you do not have a GiroPay account, you can easily and quickly register with GiroPay.

Google Pay: You can pay with Google Pay during checkout. To do this, confirm the payment through the mobile "Google Pay" app on a supported device, following the necessary verification steps. Google Pay uses the payment data stored in the app for the transaction. More information can be found at [link].

Shopify Payments: For payment, we offer the following payment options in cooperation with Shopify Payments:
